While buyer activity is up, prices remained flat with inventories declining: -Traffic levels within our index remained flat at 60 in November, indicating trends better than seasonal expectations. -Home prices were unchanged during the month. Our Price Index remained flat at 50, the same level measured in the prior period. -The number of home listings decreased during the month (a reading of 70), while the time to sell increased (a reading of 20).
