TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY If you or your client receives an email changing the instructions for wiring funds, they should question the validity of the email and call the escrow office at a number previously provided. They should not call the number provided in an email changing or discussing a change to our wiring instructions.
Sometimes they clone an email address and email signature to look like either the Escrow Company or your Realtor. Do not assume!! ALWAYS call a number provided previously to verify. REMEMBER most escrow companies will not email you their wiring instructions. ALWAYS VERIFY.
